Maagdenpalm (Vinca) is een geslacht van vier groenblijvende struiken uit de maagdenpalmfamilie (Apocynaceae).
De twee soorten kleine maagdenpalm (Vinca minor) en grote maagdenpalm (Vinca major) zijn populaire tuinplanten. Zij worden aangeplant om hun groenblijvende bladeren en hun paarse bloemen.
Maagdenpalmen bevatten vinca alkaloïden, die anti-mitose en anti-microtubules stoffen zijn. Zij worden nu synthetisch geproduceerd en als medicijn in kankertherapie en als onderrukker van het immuunsysteem gebruikt. De bestanddelen zijn vinblastine, vincristine, vindesine en vinorelbine.
